Just Wondering – Should A President Who Has His Own “Kill List” Be Disqualified From Acting As Final Authority In Military Death Penalty Cases?

It has been clear for years that the Obama administration believes the shadow war on terrorism gives it the power to choose targets for assassination, including Americans, without any oversight. On Tuesday, The New York Times revealed who was actually making the final decision on the biggest killings and drone strikes: President Obama himself. And that is very troubling.

Fort Hood SJA Reps Reportedly Sit As Observors IAt The Abdo Trial

No surprise -any developments in this case, like Hasan’s, are immediately reported to Washington higher-ups.  Upon information and belief, the presiding judge directed US Marshall to remove protective eye-goggles.  It would seem that the trial judge also is somewhat tired of the prosecuton’s theatrics . . . . .   more later.
